This is always fun in my house. My kids love to cook and make a mess!! I pick up some cheap packet cake mixes which keep the kids busy and it also makes some yummy treats for the day. This is a quick chocolate slice recipe, my kids love it! INGREDIENTS: 1 cup SR Flour 1 cup coconut 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup cocoa 2 tablespoons golden syrup 150g butter/margarine   METHOD Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl Pour into a microwave safe tray/bowl and press firmly   Cook for 3 minutes on med/high Ice while warm   So Easy, give it a try.   --> Click for Full Article
